How to Activate your Member Account?

1.Please make sure you have already joined our ASUS Membership program. If not, please click Sign Up.

2.Once you have successfully registered with us, our system will send out a Member Confirmation email. Please follow the instructions on https://vip.asus.com/member/forget_activecode.aspx to activate your account.

NOTE
The Confirmation Email is only used for activating your Member account.. You will still need to use the password you have selected during Member Registration when login to Member Site.

3. If you have not received ASUS Confirmation Email, please go to ASUS Membership Confirmation and click in "Forgot Verification Code" .The system will resend the Confirmation Email to you . If you still have not received the Email, please follow the below steps:

A. Please ensure your e-mail address has been validated. Some free e-mail providers may not guarantee you to receive emails from ASUS. We recommend you to try another e-mail address. You can also click send a test mail to your e-mail account to check whether your e-mail address is able to receive emails from ASUS.

B. Check whether your "Trash Bin" or SPAM folder has our ASUS Member Confirmation Letter.

C. Contact your MIS admin to see whether an ASUS Confirmation email (send by member@asus.com.tw ) was been treated as Junk Mail.

D.

If all the steps have been followed, and you are still unable to receive the confirmation Email, please send an email from your registered account to asusmember_activereg@csc.asus.com.tw
Subject : <Member>ASUS Member Account Active
Contents can remain as empty. We will investigate the issue and reply back to you on the Activation status.

Please don't change the Subject of the Mail or it may be identified as Junk Mail and be ignored.


Why can't I login ASUS Member Site?
1.Please ensure you have already joined our ASUS Membership program. If not, please click Sign Up.

2. Please ensure you have activated your Member Account. For more information, please check How to Activate Member Account.

3. Please check whether your password is correct.The login password is the one you have chosen not the one from ASUS Confirmation Letter.

4. If you have forgotten your password, please go to https://vip.asus.com and click Forgot Password to obtain a new password.

How to Create Product Registration?
1.Please ensure you have already joined our ASUS Membership program. If not, please click Sign Up.

2. Please proceed with "Product Registration" after you have joined as an ASUS Member. There are two methods:

A. After activating the ASUS Member account successfully, please proceed with Product Registration.
B. After login, please click on "Product Registration" on the left side menu.




How to activate Warranty Extension?
1.Please ensure you have already joined our ASUS Membership program. If not, please click Sign Up.

2. Please proceed with "Product Registration" after you have joined as an ASUS Member. There are two methods:

A. After activating Member Account successfully, please proceed with product registration
B. After login to ASUS Member Site, please choose Product Registration in the left side of the screen.


3. After completing product registration, please click in "Warranty Extension Activation" on left menu to activate extended product warranty.

NOTE
When inserting "Contract Code" and "Password" from Warranty ID Card, please differentiate the following characters carefully:

When alphabet is O or number equals 0
When alphabet is I or number equals 1
When alphabet is O or Q
When alphabet is U or V

Sometimes, these characters may get inserted mistakenly. If there is a mismatch shown on the Activation webpage, please kindly confirm the Contract Code or Password on the ID Card again by inserting similar letters where possible.
