Hi,

There are no 'best BIOS' settings - it varies from setup to setup a lot. Combination of ram, the actual processor you get (some clock better that others), your cooling etc. You could try http://www.driverheaven.net/overclocking-modding/164765-official-phenom-am2-am2-overclocking-guide.html for a start - goes through the basics.

The bottom line is that there is no quick way to a stable overclock - it takes time and a good deal of trial and error. However, in brief you could try:

Upping the CPU multiplier from 12.5 to something higher - you might get to x15 at stock voltages - some people have. Test with the multithreaded version of Prime95 for at least an hour. If it fails - clock it back or up the CPU voltage - but monitor the temps (use CPUID,Coretemp, Everest etc - look at the core temps - load values should stay 60C or below).

Upping the CPU speed (as it is called in  the bios) from 200 to something higher will overclock the processor and the memory - using this you will probably have to set your ram to ddr800.

Generally a combination of upping the multiplier and the bus speed will get the best results. Do small steps/test etc.

General points - turn off cool&quiet, set PCI-Express to 100Mhz.

Happy tweaking - you should get 3-3.1Ghz out of it with good cooling....

Thanks a lot for your advices.

In fact I am looking for a way in Bios to activate the frequency of RAM to 1066 Mhz.
I upgraded the CPU to Phenom and I bought 2*1 ram with 1066 Mhz.
But when I put frequency to 1066 it didn't work..
So I need the custom Bios settings for this issue.

Getting ddr1066 to work is very hit and miss. Try setting the memory timings manually - check your memory specs for the right settings. Also, ensure that you have the right ddr2 voltage set.

I don't have the experience to put the memory timings and voltage manually.

I need someone did it in his mobo and learn me to set this settings with mine.

 I am waiting for him.
