Hi New firmware DSL-AC88U beta v9.10.00_build350 now available

Released Notes (from build 320)



-          DSL driver/Datapump updated - A2x026p/Combo version A2pvfbH043g.

-          Fixed Xbox One NAT type detection issue.

-          Fixed OpenVPN client cannot connect to Perfect Privacy VPN service issue.

-          Disable G.INP when UK > Sky - Fibre Broadband (for VDSL2) or SKY (MER) (for ADSL) options selected via QIS.

-          Fine tune DHCP options for UK ISP Sky Broadband.

-          Support fullcone NAT in ipatbles.

-          Increase Static Route list limit from 20 to 32.

-          Fixed PPP dial on demand failed to work issue.

-          Added "Max Limit” information for VPN client.

-          Increase Network Service Filter Table limit from 10 to 32.

-          Support modemlog.txt to download USB dongle information.

-          Change default language to "EN" if the first language of Accept-Language in browser does not match lang_map list, was “DE“.

-          Fixed the UI display issue if the detected language not in the language menu list.

-          Fixed Download Master check update failed via update server.

-          USB Apps related enhancements.

-          Fixed OpenVPN server status display issue.

-          Fixed UI compatibility issues with Chrome v56.x.

-          Fixed Timezone display issue.

-          Fixed PPPoA could not stop correctly after WAN mode changed issue.

-          Modify the max limit of client lists to 16 for Parental Controls.

-          Addressed PPPoE relay failed to work issue.

-          Fixed PPTP VPN Server cannot resolve IPv6 DNS nameserver issue.

-          Fixed ADSL WAN PPPoA connection type failed to work issue.

-          FixedNetwork Map connection status display issue.

-          Added VSERVER chain for iptable NAT table, in order to address Download Master issue.

-          Fixed default state router.asus.com redirect issue.

-          Removed the redundant dnsmasq process when WAN is down.

-          Bypass blank in USB HDD SN field, it would leads to USB info missing.

-          Fixed PPTP VPN Server possible connection issue.

-          Fixed L2TP VPN client blog request error/ connection stability issue.

-          Fixed PPTP/ L2TP VPN processes not killed after services removed from UI issue.

-          Added HEC(Header Error Check)/ES(Error Seconds) info on DSL Log.

-          Added DSL Vendor ID DSLAM info on Network Map > Internet Status > DSL tab.

router login don't work with Microsoft edge or internet explorer but fine with chrome on this firmware.

Hi, i have also just tested 192.168.1.1 & http://router.asus.com/index.htm with edge no issue here, to log in with build 350 ... also Asus did not find any issue with edge/ie ... maybe needs reset via the back hardware button
Wonder if was using wan dsl wan mode or ethernet wan...

As for spectrum Asus will look into it, thanks

That's strange mine stopped working after the hardware reset but fine on chrome

Regarding login ... it seems  to me, for some users is ok, for some not (several browsers) i think it depending how users have several settings, (i may be wrong) hopefully will got the problem

Regarding iptv they are working on it, asap ... about next week will be a firmware from the info i have, thanks

Hi, yes ... go at administration > feedback ... fill your information, tick all small boxes named extra information for debugging, at commend box mention referred by babis3g & than mention all bugs you have find  ... there after they should get in touch with you
