Hi ASUSBD3D, I'd like to tell you about some problems I have with the BDS 700. The italian support doesn't care a lot about them: 1) when I play the BD3D iso of "immortals" movie (the italian distribution one, made be "01 distribution") it only plays in 2D, without asking me nothing. 2) I've had some problems with the isos of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" part 1 & 2. The isos start normaly with the advertise, but when they have to display the menu they only display a black screen and the player freezes, and doesn't respond. I've to power it off and then power on again. I will try with the original DVD to see if it's a iso problem, but many other isos function perfectly. 3) If I can, I suggest you to add some lan protocol support to the player, such as SMB, NFS o FTP, so we can play iso from a shared drive. And also it was great if you improve the graphic interface, to make it more beautiful, I like the WD TV LIVE HUB interface and i think that your player can support a graphic like that.. :-) Thank you for your attention. First thanks for your answers ASUSBD3D. I hope you can read our improvements for the next firm.

My problem is with the new Titanic blu ray 3d, when I´m watching the film the audio is choppy. It´s imposible to watch the film, also the image suffer some freeze but continues. This problem occurs also with some other blu rays.

And the mkv with a size bigger than 15 gbs, the player has problems to reproduce fluently. Also the audio dts hd master present some problems for the player, is choppy again.

Last petition, mkv has to reproduce with the standar 1080p/24 like any iso blu ray. This is the best but is not available.

I hope you can fix this problems in the next firmware because is important to enjoy the product.

Hi, I can now confirm that the italian dvd distribution of "harry potter and the deathly hallows" doesn't work (surely with the latest firmware. PAL version)! Also the original DVD disc freeze before displaying the menu and the player has to be power off by unpluging the power cable.. Please resolve this bugs..

Hi ASUSBD3D!! thx to make us know the bugs that asus is trying to fix on the next firmware! do you know if there's any plan to correct the problem where gapless music files are played with 2 seconds pause beetwen them?
