| Dear all:
We got some feedback from the customers regarding the freezing issue of O!Play HD2.
ASUS RD are working on duplicating the problem now and it takes some time to check the exact issue.
We found that there are some users who had the freezing issue because they formatted their HDD by HD2.
It is the bug currently and we try to fix the issue now.
Before fixing the bug, users can format their HDD on their PC and then install to HD2.
And they can use HD2 with formatted HDD again.
We will improve it ASAP and release the new firmware soon.

I formatted My HDD in My PC, and installed to HD2 and HD2 with formatted HDD again.
The problem persist continue. After 10mins I/O error again :(
When will arrive new firmware?

1. Are you in Win7 or XP or Vista operating system to do format ?
2. Format is FAT32 or NTFS or other ?
3. Before the happen I / O to do anything operation? Or still not any operate it ?
4. After happen I / O can operate the remote control ?

I can confirm freezing of O!Play HD2 for several times while looking an .mpg though formatting 1 TB harddisk on PC with NTFS. Maybe it depends on specific viedos. Only hard power off was possible .
