If it's a hardware issue, as it seems to be, I don't know other way than replacing parts. You can find them here http://ca.digikey.com/1/3/2n7002-60v-180ma-sot23. Anyway your motherboard is not usable so you can give it a try and replace the transistor as suggested in the post.

I have tried with clearing the bios and it was working good 8 hours but in betwwen it was restrated automaticly 3-4 time but strated windows without pressing any F1 or F2 key. But recently it was stoped at booting and asked for press F1 FOR SETUP MAD F2 FOR DEFAULT VALUES and I have choosen F2 immediatly it was showing "Chassis Intruted" I think it is some thing else problem may be different. However, it is possible to post a picture which showing the resistance on motherboard so that I may ask some one to replace. You may like to see the picture and advice http://s1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd498/msbadhan/ regards

While you obviously have the motherboard, and I only have a copy of the manual... My copy on page 2-30 clearly shows the on-board mounted chassis intrusion connector.  Please verify, as it may be your jumper has been dislocated/lost/wrong pins, etc.

The board is supposed to have this feature, while it is very possible your case has no door switch to avail the proper usage. Personally I never use this connection as I am always entering the case for some update or drive connection.

If you are ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE you have the Chassies intrusion jumper in the correct place, and you did indeed reset your cmos, then you have a defective Motherboard and you need to get a RMA and return the motherboard for repair.
No other way!
it's broken and no magical setting other then 'ignore error on boot' will fix the issue.
