I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

When I was going to capture a video with Sony Vega appeared 1 messagebox with this text: 

"The device 713x BDA Analog Capture" could not be opened. Please make sure the device is turned on or it is not being used by another application or user.

What can I do? I have tried with others applications but I have the same error.

I can watch tv perfectly.
