Tired of reporting this issue in other threads without any response from Asus, I start a new topic in order to make it more readable and ask for other users' feedback.

*** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
ALL of the photos are shown with their four edges Cropped !!!

In the Photos Menu, all the photos are shown complete in the preview window, and also in the thumbnail view, but after pressing OK in order to show them in full screen mode, they are NEVER shown in their entirety. All the four edges Top/Bottom/Left/Right are cut out.

I have tried conversion to jpg, png, gif and bmp format, but the problem is always the same. The default zoom mode "FIT" seems to be like (x 1,1) or something, but not actual (x 1).

This is very annoying when showing a cover art with the title close to the top edge, or some lyrics with very little margin on the left, etc. I can never read them!

*** QUESTION:
Is is just me, is my device faulty so I should return it?
Or is this happening to everybody, but you just don't find it important?

Thanks in advance.

It it not a specific file.
It happens with ALL the files.
Only easier to notice when the photos include important information near the borders.

Anyway, I will send you a few clear examples to your email.
Thank you very much for your response.

Have you ever resolved the issue? It's very easy to fix it in my opinion. All the required work can be done fast in image watermark generator. For example, you can first camera the scene to some photos in JPG or PNG instead of TIFF, then use the tool to process them or simply output them in TIFF format. The problem won't happen again.
