I have installed Windows 7 but can not find the correct driver for the ACPI\ATK0110 device driver not installed. I have searched driver files and ran what I could but most told me this driver was not for 32 bit windows. See allot of complaints on web about this but no solution for 32 bit only possible fixes for 64 bit. I have built alot of Asus board systems without problems. Thank You, Jeff

OK Asus Tech tells me to go download a notebook Driver for this issue.  Skeptical but I do and it works.  Updated driver with this file and now have a driver newer than 2004.
The entry for the security would not work from there page.  I needed to delete my browsing history and restart IE 8.  Starting from here  http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us  then select Product of  notebook.  Now in series select driver, now in model select ATKdrv.  In Device manager select the unknown device ( In my case I selected the current ATK in system)  I had to force the driver by selecting properties now select update driver, browse my computer for driver, let me select from a list of device.... then the old have disk button, now browse to where you extracted the file and select it.  It will tell you this is not a certified driver- click install it anyway, reboot and done.  below is an excerpt from the email.  Enjoy.  Jeff M

Maybe you could try to install the driver from the following website:
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?model=ATKDrv&f_name=ATKDrv_V1043231105_Win7_32.zip&f_type=26&os=29
Please contact with me promptly if you have any other questions.
