Just tested Windows 7 RC1, great! All drivers where found by windows update.
Except 2 : Built-in webcam D-MAX, (STK-1135) and Avermedia M115 drivers.

I've used the Vista drivers for the Avermedia M115 but the new Windows Media Center won't work anymore with the old Vista drivers.

With the D-Max Vista drivers, I have the same incompatibility warnings in Windows 7 as in Vista... wich causes sometimes a STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x80533FD4, 0xF2C80650, 0x00000000) message. If i don't install or disable the webcam i don't get anymore STOP messages.

Is Asus ( and the manifacturers they use ) planning to make Windows 7 drivers for A7-series? It seems like Avermedia doesn't support the M115 anymore?

Hi, I updated from Win XP, both as an upgrade and as a clean install, and found that downloading the latest Avermedia Driver from the Asus site for the TV Tuner works fine and no issue.  I have not tried the Webcam drivers yet though.

Refer to the following ASUS website for the way to find the PID code of the web camera of your notebook computer:

http://support.asus.com/faq/faq.aspx?no=02B6B989-4468-5237-CB04-BCF5B9FE9714&SLanguage=en-us

Then, download and install the corresponding driver for Windows 7.

You can m115 driver (including 64bit) from www.asustreiber.de There are 2 m115 drivers listed that look the same but if you click to download both when says 64 bit. These are vista drivers but work perfectly ok with windows 7. I have tried both on my new w7. I have also installed d max 64 bit and that all works.
