A new bios released. Probably minor changes, as the name implies. No changelog however.
You can downloaded from here. I will try it any time soon.

Where did you find this bios from? (as its not posted, no big surprise there) I downloaded it and extracted it onto my flashdrive. I will give it a try tonight. One thing I noticed right away though ..once its extracted the file name is M2N32-SLI-Deluxe 2207.bin, usually the bios is just the number like...2205.bin

You can browse the ftp at:
ftp://ftp.asus.com.tw/pub/ASUS/mb/socketAM2/M2N32-SLI%20Deluxe/
There you can find also older bioses. Some of them are at the form of ####.zip, while other are at the form of  M2N32SLI####.zip.
My cpu is a 8750BE, so I don't expect any real improvement as it is already supported.

Installed!!!!.... Everything went without a hitch, installed well and then set back my overclocking....NO CMOS reset or anything! Here's the kicker now....my machine boots up faster..my sound card (Creative XFI) seems to be recognized faster (I can hear when windows kicks it in on startup-speakers thump). Usually on Vista 64 the windows loading bar would scroll 5 times (speakers would thump on 3rd scroll)..Now speakers make a thump on 2 scrolls and it is on windows desktop after 3.5 scrolls. Seems like every things going well!

Blewby, Can you give us another update after you've run your system for a few days to tell us how this bios is working? I am still sitting on the fence regarding upgrading my X2 6000+ to a PII x4 940 with the m2n32-sli deluxe MB. It's a cheaper upgrade route vs ddr 3 board and the PII 955 that I would ultimately like. Are you planning on any further upgrades to your cpu? Does anyone know if the new ati 4890 cards will plug into this board and give good gaming performance or do I have to stay with nvidia? Regards.

I will keep you updated, but it seems very solid, as was 2205. Usually, with a bad bios update, you notice lots wrong quickly. I also shut it down totally and let it sit and restarted...Vista load time is down to 3 1/2 scrolls, I'm not really sure why it loads faster though, as I have the same OC I had before. As far as me upgrading the cpu...The next CPU I buy will be going into a new build, but as for now I like this set up. Before I had this quad I had a X2 6400, It worked very well..but you deffinatly notice a speed boost with a X4 (virus scans, installing apps etc.) Good Luck

I updated, everything is ok. I haven't noticed nothing weird neither a problem.
RBA,
a few months ago I was in (or on?) your shoes. I decided to upgrade to 8750BE and I didn't regraded. I overclocked right away @2800mhz and left it there 24/7. Sure, my computer is not top of the notch, but it really serves my well and the difference compared to 6000+ is more than noticeable. That way I bought time until next Christmas. By then usb3 and new chipsets (8x0 series) will be widely available and (hopefully) modestly priced.

Although bios is not listed on the download section, if you check bios history it is listed and says:
[ 2207 ]
----------------------
1.Support new CPUs. Please refer to our website at: http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx
2.Improve the compatibility of certain graphic card.

I checked on cpu support and it doesn't official support phenom II, but it supports the 7750 & 7850, the phenom x3 up to 8750 and the phenoms x4 up to 9950. Maybe someone who has the 940 and had problems could enlight us about the unoficiall support.
