Hello. I have a wonderful ASUS Blu-Ray player. However, I have NEW MMA "ZUFFA" Blu-Ray DVD that wont play. I have reviewed the ASUS web site for assistance with NO results. I can NOT locate FIRMWARE and/or SOFTWARE updates so I may play my vidoe's. Can anyone assist? Please.

**Note**
The blu-ray disc has a flyer in it that states: Please consult your hardware manufacture's website for the latest FIRMWARE or SOFTWARE version.

IMM:

You must load software to see Blu-Ray movies.  You can load the ASUS BD Suite (PowerDVD) that came with your drive for free.  Make sure you update the software at Cyberlink immediately after you load the software.  This will display basic audio & video features of Blu-Ray movies.  I just upgraded to Cyberlink PowerDVD 9 Ultra.  The audio & video enhancements of this software make the Blu-Ray movies awesome.  It also upconverts regular DVD movies to near Blu-Ray quality.
