This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for all the help! I am pretty sure that I have a bum board after looking through that manual.
On a cold boot the POST hangs on code d5, if from that point I hot boot it the POST hangs on C0. Neither of these makes much sense at all.
d5 & CO respectively:
Bootblock code is copied from ROM to lower system memory and control is given to it. BIOS now executes out of RAM. Copies compressed boot block code to memory in right segments. Copies BIOS from ROM to RAM for faster access. Performs main BIOS checksum and updates recovery status accordingly.
Early CPU Init Start -- Disable Cache – Init Local APIC
