Good that I just bought it :) I'm gonna return it to shop and get some other pda with WM6 :)
To think that the guy who sold me said it's a new PDA.
WM5 = OLD
WM6 = NEW,BETTER AND SEXY!.

Windows Mobile 6 exists for A363N !!! ( latest version . Is it possible to flash A636 with A636N firmware ? Somebody done it ???

I would also like to get WM6 on my A636. So if anybody tried flashing the A636N firmware to a A363 and it worked please let us know.

not working:(
it is such a shame that they have made the upgrade for almost all models exapt that....a636 is NOT that old:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

M.aS.e you could upgrade first to A636N WM5 with "V03.0615.00 WWE 0409" and Next to WM6 using the upgrade as provided.
For the first step you just have to look around on the web how to patch the upgrade tool for WM5, which is working for this purpose.The nice thing is that it allows you also to go back ik the 636N firmware proofs not to be entirily compatible with your 636. Wireless should be tried very well before moving to the second step.

asus dont have it on the website, i need it so i can try again flashing my pda, if ill make it ill upload a doc with instructions....

Are you serious....??? let me check what you are suggesting....
1) you can upgrade a "A636" to "A636N" V03.0615.00 WWE 0409 patched version to ignore the checking. See here http://oneiros-eidos.nm.ru/index_en.dhtml
2) And then upgrade from this version to the latest WM6
V03.0732 for the A636N....
I find it hard to believe.... please provide some reasoning as to why you think this will work....
