I just got my P5N32-E MB in last Thursday. I have been trying to build a stable system since Friday. I can completed a windows install but soon after I start loading drivers it just blue screens and reboots over and over. My system is as followf,  I have a Core2 Extreme QX6700 (quad-core), 2GB Crucial Ballistix (BL2KIT12864AA804) DDR2 800, Nvidia Quadro NVS 285, 2x WD 400GB HD, Plextor DVD/RW, and Thermaltake Pure Power 680W PS. I have done all the memory, hard drive, cpu burn in tests in dos and none have failed. I just can't keep a load of windows stable on this board. I actually got it to run for more than 5 minutes by putting some Geil DDR2 667 memory in there. After a few software installs in starts to blue screen and reboot also. I have also tried a new PS (Corsair 620W) and it did the same thing. I have tried the manual settings for memory, that didn't help. I talked to Crucial and they said that my memory has been tested in their labs with this board and works. I have also updated my bios (through ezflash, not windows) to the 0302. I don't do any overclocking. If anybody has any suggestions please let me know, otherwise I might just RMA the board back to NewEgg.
