I am extremely disappointed with this service. . As a loyal Asus customer for the better part of a decade my first experience with theRMA/Support has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I have spent in the range of $10,000.00 in Asus products including Mother boards, Video cards and my G73 series laptop.
I am doubtful I would purchase anything from Asus again if this is the type of service I can expect. Here is the response I got from Asus support "Your RMA has been received; however there is a delay in processing as there is (liquid damage" along with the below picture.
just a quick update to this issue.
I did get a replacment after a 2nd RMA.
