Hi folks - I just noticed that I have two devices identified in device manager for which there are no drivers loaded. They are "PCI Simple Communications Controller" and "PCI Serial Port". Interestingly, I have no new devices installed and the R1E is loaded with the default config, except Vista SP1 has been installed. Attempts to either delete the devices or search for drivers have not been successful. Any idea what hardware these devices refer to? Thanks!

Hi, I installed clean install of Vista 32bit with SP1. After I though I had installed all the drivers needed, I still had those two PCI controllers left without drivers. However I found the right drivers for them after some trial and error. PCI serial port = install AMT_IAM_LMS_Vista32_64_070906.zip / Intel Active Management Technology Driver V2.5.5.1098 PCI simple communications controller = install AMT_IAM_ME_Vista32_64_070906.zip / Intel Active Management Technology Driver V2.5.29.1090 Hope it helps! :)
