Hello, can someone confirm if in the last bios (0403) there is the option "Restore on AC power loss"?

Yes, you can find it in BIOS->Power.

The setting will most probably be within the BIOS itself.  Have you rebooted and immediately start TAPPING F2 to get you into your BIOS?  After you get there.... look at each location and setting for Restore on AC or something to that nature.  Enable it and then hit F10 to save and reboot your machine.

I apologize for the terrible delay in response.
When I upgraded the BIOS, I disabled the option full screen logo to see the messages during the POST and make sure the BIOS version was 0403.
Unfortunately I have to confirm that this version of the bios does not support the option "Restore on AC power loss"
