I have recently purchased an Asus desktop and at the time I was promised to get the Windows 7 upgrade within a month; It's been a while more than that and I haven't received anything and on the Asus upgrade form page all I can read is that it is pending for fulfillment. Does anybody knows something about this? when would I get the promised upgrade? I have called the resaler (freaking BB) and all they could tell me is to call the manufacturer or Windows, please advice what should I do. bayo

Yea you should get it soon....from what I understand, Asus released the upgrade kits two days ago, but things are going slow. But you should get an email maybe within the next week confirming that they did ship your kit. Did you ever get an email that links to your order status? You might want to check that as well.....good luck!

I'm confused. I didn't send in a proof of purchase but I don't think I need to because my order status says "Fulfillment in Progress"... What does that mean exactly? That I just have to wait till my order is shipped or is there something I have to do on my part still? /Extremely confused... Any enlightenment would be much appreciated!

From my experiance after an abnormilly long time the status changed to pending fulfillment. I figured they were working on it.
Next it went to a solid black line which I figured ment they picked the order.
2 days later I got my e-mail with the tracking number, 2 days after that I got the upgrade.
As for the proof of purchase I sent mine in but it sounds to me like you might get lucky.
I'd wait about a week and see what happens. Keep checking every day to see if the status changes.
