I don't know where to go if my VB191T should go wrong.
Yesterday, I sent an e-mail to the vendor but they just replied, you have been given the information when you bought the product--but that's not the case... Besides, I live in other city than where I bought my LCD monitor.

In Hungarian:
Meg tudná vki mondani hová forduljak a monitorommal ha vmi baja esik? Bp.-en vettem 2 hete, de jó messze lakom onnan (Debrecen), és nem tudok csak úgy visszarohangálni az üzletbe.
Írtam hát nekik a héten, de nem feleltek normálisan. (Azt válaszolták, minden rajta van a garancialevélen. De nincs rajta! Csak az AsusTEK honlapjának címe, és az is angolul van.)

Usually you return to seller within 1st 12 mths though best to call asus on their notebook phone number in your country or the nearest country and follow the option to an LCD tech who will tell you how to rma it. Here in Australia asus has a free pickup and return option.
