Hello hopefully there is a simple solution to this. Upon startup i get an error window saying: "cant find target.ini:F:\Drivers\chipset\Driver\Chipset\AsusSetup_hotfix.ini" "cant find target.ini:D:\Drivers\chipset\Driver\Chipset\AsusSetup_hotfix.ini" It started with the "f:\" and has been coming up for about a month. today "D:\" appears now along with it. New build win 7, 64 bit. Intel I7 2600k 3.4 Gforce 570 HD 16 gig Gskill ddr3 4 sticks x4 PS= corsair TX850, water cooled H-100 on Intel chip. System seems to run fine but error messages are a bit annoying coming up. any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

If you run msconfig then startup tab, what are the AI Suite related applications listed there?

Hi b..

Just to be clear, did this always occur..  or did the system boot properly without this message at first..?  You mention something about things happening for about a month...

Yes at first everything booted normally. this has been an issue now about a month. I built this in end of july. have installed several high end games. the system is running flawlessly other than these errors at startup. Correction my usb port for charging did quit as well. but it was working. i plug im an IPhone when its off to charge.

Then run Task Scheduler and under Task Scheduler (Local) look for tasks that begin with i-setup.

I went into task Scheduler and found this I-setup Deleted the entry and no more start up error window. Thank you both Ghe and Ulrich for the help.

Had a similar problem error message: “can’t find target.ini:D:\Drivers\Chipset\Driver\Chipset\ASUS Setup_hotfix.ini” and this solution solved it. Thanks to everyone.
