Hi

Can somone tell me how to uninstall AI Suite II?

I tried to install PC Probe to get rid of the Unknown device. But now I see that PC probe is not reading the CPU temp properly (-37 degrees) so I want to uninstall it.

When I run the Uninstaller for AI suite II it does not even have the PC probe listed.

How do I uninstall this properly ?

Thanks

Hi, the ASUS Probe and Ai Suite are two different applications, they have separate uninstallers.  In regard to the false temp readings, boot into the bios and see if ACPI 2.0 Support is enabled (Power tab).  If it is disabled, change it to enabled, save bios setting and boot back into Windows.  Check the device manager for an unknown device.  If you see an unknown device, run Windows Updates and it should install the ACPI (ATK0110) driver.  Reboot and check your temps again.

Actually, they are combined into one single application from AiSuiteII onwards.

It must be because you are running the Asus applications at the same time as CPUz and Hardware Monitor.  Meanwhile please avoid running these applications together.  If you are not going to use the Asus applications, just place your support CD into you ODD for the system to read for a few seconds, and Asus ATK will be installed.

Since PcProbII is now combined into AiSuite II, you can only remove the Asus AiSuiteII as a whole.
