Ok, I'm going to step out on a limb here and venture a guess that since this guy is speaking in English that he is (like the rest of us) using the English language version of the installer. Also, how many versions of the CD did Asus release... the product JUST came out? There is only one version of the software available, we've ALL told you we tried installing from both the website and the first run of these CDs. Why not suggest another version, or maybe it would be nice if ASUS would test and properly certify their product for the most widely used version of Windows before release?

:-) I take it you don't know much about New Zealand. We are to the east of Australia& just north of Antarctica, that little 2 island country http://www.thecaringheart.us/World.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hfi8Y3He740 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7FkDUC1ylw&NR=1&feature=fvwp http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dizxa63Oi8Q&feature=fvw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsXTa7UCGlk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Judms69Zw8g&NR=1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czDhffIsRl4&NR=1&feature=fvwp http://www.youtube.com/user/tonytai2017 NZ 7's Gold at the Commonwealth games in India http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gvEZacpzC8 Proud to be a Kiwi

I tried it! No luck. Now it just opens more UAC notifications and then the same problem. Nothin happens after that and event viewer gives out the same problem.

Just to clarify, you tried the version from the HardOCP forum ? When extracted it should create a directory of ‘AI_Suite_II’ You can copy missing apps from your DVD to the folder. Looks like other people have the same problem as well. I’m using BIOS 1003 on the P8P67 Pro and overclocked to 4.2Ghz – just used XMP option. I loaded optimal settings first. I have Win7 Enterprise x64

I tried the HardOCP version and it did not work. It still gives the "Device is not compatible" image.

Subscribing, I can't get any of the Asus utilities to install, also running Windows 7 Pro 64bit .
I've tried disabling UAC, antivirus, driver signing, etc..
I've tried updating my bios through all the available versions, now on the 1053 beta, I've also tried updating Windows 7 to SP1.
I've tried the DVD pn M1748 that came with my P8P67 Deluxe and the suite available via the motherboards download page.
exact same fault in the windows application event log, kernelbase.dll

As an additional note, I tried submitting a help request/ticket, but the form spit out a html error on submission.
And every other website is working fine, as are my usual games and software.

I'm having the same problem. Both the install on the CD and the installer downloaded from the website fail silently. The install appears to start then instantly finishes and wants to restart the computer. Win7 Pro x64 CD version M1751
