What you have is a MB made for somebody like HP,  packard bell so all bios upgrades and all upgrades (drivers) will come off there web site. You can sometimes replace  bios and drivers with regular but would contact pc seller first..

See if asus will tell you anything  http://livesupport.asus.com/  May have to push then a little to get a answer.
