I just built pc with win7 with and phenom 955 3.2gh and m3n72-d mobo. After getting pc up and going i noticed in device manager under Other Devices their is Coprocessor with a yellow question mark tried to update drivers but to no avail ..Dont quite understand Coprocessor or what drivers I would look for on web...1st time pc build   thank you .....................

It should have updated the device by simply installing the chipset drivers.  Try updating it manually by way of device manager.  Use Universal Extractor to extract the nVidia setup files from the package.  Disable UAC and reboot the computer first.  Just let it search all files and folder, if what it's looking for is there it will find it.

The coprocessor driver should be included in the platform driver package...

The Chipset drivers are a  Beta Version 15.45     I was told by a friend not to mess with a beta version.I really dont know much about PC .. I  let device mang look  automatic for drivers but nothing found.  when I get to div manager go to update then let me pick from list then at common hardware types Im not sure what im looking for....                     can u help??  thanks

You didn't use Ulrich's link, the drivers you are referring to are on the ASUS site.  The drivers in his link are not beta.

The drivers on the Asus site might be beta...  15.45  but the ones I linked you to are not...  15.49
