With only one server responding and there seems to be alot of new drivers issued 1/22.

Also the ftp hasn't been updated.  This is frustrating!

Nowhere in the web product support happened this before. To post downloads without assuring the links can serve all the customers... Not even on the worst support web ever which is soundgraph...

So when are the next lot of vista drivers due ?

The current beta vista drivers don't work for me -  I get audio glitches while bitstreaming even with a fresh clean vista install.

Had this card for MANY months now and still can't use it. Very disapointing. Also dissapointing despite everyones feedback, still no VMC integration, no hd-dvd and no word on 24p for existing owners.

For me, the links are still there but not working. Does anybody know other way to get them?

One of the nice guys on avsforum (Xonar HDAV Official thread) has been good enough to put a copy up so all of us that are having issues can grab it (TMT anyhow).

There are a lot of Asus customers with the HDAV1.3 waiting for the 24p issue to be resolved, me included.

Hey, Asus, we need your attention here - please let us know what is going on now? When all issues will be resolved. We pay our money to get working card, not something which is only work at half of announced features.

24p issue resolved, yay.

BUT the RMA process will take up to 6 weeks for most countries outside taiwan,

PLEASE provide us with the FIRMWARE 1.39 and instructions to flash it. All other companies with firmware upgrades almost always allow the option for the customer to update the firmware themselves, Asus are failing to provide proper support for there product.

RMA for a firmware update is unacceptable, it is not a hardware issue.

Hi,

It's usually much shorter than that.
We've send out mass notifications to all RMA centers again today, hopefully they'll read it today.

We designed not for user update was based on request of our licensor partners, afraid of someone to hack the firmware and release non-HDCP or non-AACS protected version to public....Well...

Anyways, we've decieded to change it and future cards will have user updateable firmware.
Thanks.

Best,
yoyolai
