>Sorry for the model I had to select, but the actual model (z500kl) was not in the menu. It happened to me a couple of times th at when I switched the tablet on and I had to insert the PIN, the keyboard did not work (youch screen not responding). I had to keep pressed the power button in order to force the tablet to switch off (touch screen did not work). >Any suggestions? What should I do? Is that a software issue?

I don't know if I can help much? I'm not an expert. However, you might want to try to update the firmware.>
